What is Coaching?

Coaching is a confidential, intentional partnership that helps you grow into the leader you are called to be.

At Rega Coaching, coaching isn’t about giving you answers—it’s about creating space for you to listen deeply to yourself, your context, and your calling. As your coach, I ask powerful questions, offer perspective, and walk alongside you as you clarify your purpose, navigate challenges, and make faithful, grounded decisions.

Coaching is especially helpful in times of transition, uncertainty, or growth—when the path ahead feels unclear, but the invitation to lead with integrity and vision is strong.

In this safe coaching space, you will:

  • Reflect on what matters most in your life and leadership
  • Set goals
  • Identify obstacles, patterns, or blind spots holding you back
  • Build practical strategies rooted in your values and goals
  • Gain confidence, clarity, and sustainability in your ministry

Why "Rega"?

In Hebrew, rega (רֶגַע) means “a moment” or “a pause.”

In ministry, life moves fast—sermons, meetings, pastoral care, choir rehearsals, teacher trainings, staff dynamics, and the never-ending demands of leadership. It’s easy to lose touch with your purpose, your energy, and even yourself.

Rega Coaching offers something rare: a moment to pause...a space to reflect...and a chance to realign with your calling. In the stillness of a rega, clarity can emerge. You begin to hear your own voice again—and the voice of wisdom within you.

Through thoughtful, supportive coaching, Rega Coaching  provides the space for you to:

Reflect: Step back and take a breath.
Explore: Name the questions, challenges, and patterns shaping your leadership.
Grow: Build insight, resilience, and clarity
Awaken: Reconnect with your purpose and lead from your deepest values.

Because sometimes, all it takes is a moment, a rega, to change everything...
